Choose your next fragrance online and complete your refill purchase.
3. Receive your return label
Once your refill order is confirmed, we will email you a prepaid return label.
4. Send your glass insert back
Pack your glass insert securely in the same box it arrived in, and send it to us using the provided label.
5. We restore your candle insert
Your candle insert is carefully cleaned, inspected, refilled, and hand-poured with your new selected scent.
6. Relight the ritual
Your candle is returned to you, renewed and ready to be relit.
