At Vela Gloria, each candle is crafted to last beyond a single burn. The Vela Signature vessel, carved from natural stone, becomes a timeless piece within your home, evolving with each new fragrance and season.

When your candle finishes, simply order your refill. Your new insert is hand-poured and dispatched immediately, along with a prepaid return label so your empty insert can begin its next life.

Once returned, each insert is carefully inspected, sanitised, and hand-poured again in our studio using plant-based wax and fine fragrance.

Through this circular process, the candle can be relit again and again — reducing waste while preserving the beauty of the ritual.

    Place the empty insert inside the return mailer bag from your Candle Starter Pack and attach the prepaid return label.

    Drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail collection point.

    04 — Relight

    Once received, we carefully inspect, sanitise, and hand-pour your insert again using plant-based wax and fine fragrance.
