At Vela Gloria, we are committed to delivering your candle rituals quickly, safely, and sustainably. Here is our shipping policy:

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of receipt.

    Pre-Order
    Pre-order means your candle is part of a custom creation process.

    Most orders begin with our stone supplier and take several weeks to arrive in the UK, be crafted into wax, and shipped to you.

    For shorter pre-orders, the materials are already in the UK, so your candle is ready to dispatch sooner.

    At every step, we will keep you updated so you can follow your candle’s journey—part of the Vela Ritual of thoughtful creation and mindful enjoyment.

  • Free shipping is provided across UK only.

  • We currently ship within the UK only.

  • Delivery times may vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days.

  • All orders are sent via reliable couriers, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Vela Gloria, we want you to love every candle ritual.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

  • Returns are accepted for products purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at velagloriauk@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace or refund the product.

The Vela Ritual

Many of our products are refillable and designed to last.

As part of the Vela Ritual, you can return your vessels to be refilled, reducing waste and keeping your ritual alive.
